删除账号与数据

你可以随时删除 WeekMio 账号及其云端数据。有两种方式，任选其一。

方式一：在 App 内删除（推荐，立即生效）

  1. 打开 WeekMio，进入「我的」
  2. 点「隐私与素材权限」
  3. 下拉到「账号」，点「删除账号」
  4. 按提示完成两次确认

确认后立即生效，无需等待人工处理。删除后该账号的登录凭证立即失效。

方式二：发邮件申请（已卸载 App 也能用）

把删除请求发到 mali12021403@gmail.com，注明你注册时使用的邮箱或手机号，以便我们核实身份。我们通常在 1–2 个工作日内处理完毕并回复确认。

会删除什么、会保留什么

删除（不可恢复）保留
邮箱、手机号、Apple 与微信登录绑定、密码
设备标识
宝宝昵称与云端资料
收货地址（收件人姓名、电话、详细地址）
全部分享链接（立即失效）
推送令牌与每周提醒设置
会员记录 		订单记录中的订单号与金额 —— 这是财务与税务对账的法定要求，其中的个人信息（收件人、电话、地址）已按左侧一并抹除，无法再关联到你。

你手机上的内容不受影响

WeekMio 的素材挑选、人脸识别与成片生成全部在你的设备本地完成，原始照片和视频默认从不上传。已保存到手机相册的成片和照片属于你的本机内容，删除账号不会动它们。若还想清除 App 在本机的分析缓存，可在「我的 → 隐私与素材权限 → 清除本机分析缓存」操作。

关于订阅：删除账号不会自动取消你的订阅。订阅由 Apple 代收，只能由你在 iPhone「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅」中取消。若已付费的周期尚未结束，请先在那里关闭自动续期，再删除账号。

Delete your account and data

You can delete your WeekMio account and its cloud data at any time. There are two ways — use whichever suits you.

Option 1: in the app (recommended, takes effect immediately)

  1. Open WeekMio and go to Profile
  2. Tap Privacy & material permissions
  3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account
  4. Confirm twice when prompted

This takes effect immediately, with no manual processing needed. The account's sign-in credentials stop working right away.

Option 2: request by email (works even if you already uninstalled the app)

Send your deletion request to mali12021403@gmail.com, including the email address or phone number you registered with so we can verify it is your account. We normally complete the deletion and reply within 1–2 business days.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Membership records 		The order number and amount on any order records — this is required by law for financial and tax reconciliation. The personal details they contained (recipient, phone, address) are erased along with everything on the left, so they can no longer be connected to you.

Nothing on your phone is affected

WeekMio selects material, recognises faces and generates films entirely on your device; original photos and videos are never uploaded by default. Films and photos you already saved to your photo library are yours and stay untouched. If you also want to clear the app's on-device analysis cache, use Profile → Privacy & material permissions → Clear on-device analysis cache.

About subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple and can only be cancelled by you, under Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPhone. If a paid period is still running, turn off auto-renewal there first, then delete your account.
