欢迎使用「维可妙 / WeekMio」（以下简称"本 App"）。使用本 App 即表示你已阅读、理解并同意本服务条款；本条款与隐私政策共同构成你与我们之间的协议。
1. 服务内容
本 App 在你的设备本地，从你的照片/视频中挑选精彩瞬间并生成成长短片；并提供可选的「成长会员」订阅与「实体相册」实物商品。功能可能随版本更新而调整。
2. 使用资格
你需为具有完全民事行为能力的成年人，或在监护人同意与监督下使用。你应仅记录你自己的孩子，或你已获得合法授权拍摄与使用其影像的人；不得记录或使用你无权使用的他人（尤其儿童）影像。
3. 你的内容与授权
你保留你上传/处理的照片、视频与成片的全部权利。为向你提供你主动请求的功能（如生成成片、你主动分享、实体相册履约），你授予我们一项有限的、非独占的、可撤销的许可，仅为该等目的处理你选择的内容。你保证对相关内容拥有合法权利，且其不侵犯任何第三方的隐私、肖像或其他权利、不违反法律。
4. 成长会员（自动续期订阅）
- 会员为自动续期订阅，价格、周期以 App 内展示为准，通过 Apple App Store 计费。
- 除非在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续期，订阅将自动续期并扣费。
- 你可随时在 iPhone「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅」中管理或取消；取消在当前订阅期结束时生效，当前已付费周期不予退款（法律另有强制规定的除外）。
- 会员退款：订阅由 Apple 代收，退款需通过 Apple 申请（reportaproblem.apple.com 或「设置 → Apple 账户 → 媒体与购买项目 → 购买记录」），我们无法直接为你退订阅费用。
- 苹果标准《最终用户许可协议（EULA）》在适用范围内一并适用。
5. 实体相册（实物商品）
- 付款成功后我们安排制作与寄送；下单与支付通过相应支付渠道完成。
- 制作前我们会提供美化后的样稿供你确认，经你确认后进入印刷。
- 免费体验册按规则限领（例如每台设备/每个账号限一本），不得通过多账号、虚假信息等方式重复领取；免费册无支付、不涉及退款。
6. 实体相册退款规则
实体相册为依你的照片定制的商品。退款按订单所处阶段执行，你可在 App 内「我的 → 相册订单 → 申请退款」发起，我们将人工核实后处理：

- 退款时效：核实通过后，我们在 1–3 个工作日内发起原路退款；款项到账时间以支付渠道（如微信支付）为准，通常 1–7 个工作日。
- 退款方式：原路退回到你的付款账户，不收取手续费。
- 申请所需：订单号、退款原因；质量/物流问题请附照片说明，便于快速核实。
- 如对处理结果有异议，可通过技术支持邮箱进一步沟通。
7. 可接受使用
你不得：上传违法、侵权、含他人隐私且未获同意的内容；对本 App 进行逆向工程、破解、滥用或干扰；利用本 App 从事任何非法或损害他人权益的行为。
8. 知识产权
本 App、品牌名称"维可妙 / WeekMio"及标识、相册模板、界面与素材等的知识产权归我们或相应授权方所有。未经许可，你不得复制、传播或商用。
9. 免责声明与责任限制
本 App 按"现状"与"现有"提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本 App 造成的间接、偶然或后果性损失负责。本条款不排除依法不可排除的责任。
10. 服务变更与终止
我们可更新、暂停或终止部分或全部服务，并可更新本条款；重大变更会以适当方式提示。你可随时停止使用并删除本机数据。
11. 适用法律与争议解决
本条款的订立、效力与解释适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律。因本条款产生的争议，双方应先友好协商解决。

Terms of Service

Welcome to WeekMio (the "App"). By using the App you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and us.
1. The service
On your own device, the App selects highlight moments from your photos and videos and generates short growth films. It also offers an optional "Growth Membership" subscription and physical photo books as physical goods. Features may change as the App is updated.
2. Eligibility
You must be an adult with full legal capacity, or use the App with the consent and supervision of a guardian. You must only record your own child, or people whose images you are legally authorised to capture and use. You must not record or use images of others — children in particular — without the right to do so.
3. Your content and the licence you grant
You retain all rights to the photos, videos and films you upload or process. To provide the features you actively request (generating a film, a share you initiate, fulfilling a physical photo book), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to process the content you select, solely for those purposes. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to that content and that it does not infringe any third party's privacy, likeness or other rights, and does not breach the law.
4. Growth Membership (auto-renewing subscription)
- Membership is an auto-renewing subscription. Prices and billing periods are as shown in the App and are billed through the Apple App Store.
- Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews and is charged automatically.
- You can manage or cancel at any time on your iPhone under "Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and the period already paid for is not refunded (except where the law requires otherwise).
- Subscription refunds: subscriptions are collected by Apple, so refunds must be requested from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com, or "Settings → Apple Account → Media & Purchases → Purchase History"). We cannot refund subscription fees directly.
- Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA) also applies to the extent relevant.
5. Physical photo books (physical goods)
- Once payment succeeds we arrange production and shipping. Ordering and payment are completed through the applicable payment channel.
- Before production we provide a designed proof for your approval; printing begins only after you approve it.
- Free trial books are limited by rule (for example one per device or per account). They must not be claimed repeatedly through multiple accounts or false information. Free books involve no payment and therefore no refund.
6. Photo book refund policy
A physical photo book is a product custom-made from your photos. Refunds depend on the stage the order has reached. You can start a request in the App under "Profile → Photo book orders → Request refund"; we review each request manually:

- Refund timing: once approved, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 1–3 business days. When it arrives depends on the payment channel, typically 1–7 business days.
- Refund method: returned to the account you paid from, with no handling fee.
- What to include: your order number and the reason. For quality or shipping issues please attach photos so we can verify quickly.
- If you disagree with the outcome, you can take it further by email via Support.
7. Acceptable use
You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or contains other people's private information without their consent; reverse-engineer, crack, abuse or interfere with the App; or use the App for anything unlawful or harmful to others' rights.
8. Intellectual property
Intellectual property in the App, the brand name "WeekMio", its logos, photo-book templates, interface and assets belongs to us or our respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute or commercially exploit them without permission.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes and termination
We may update, suspend or discontinue part or all of the service, and may update these Terms; we will give appropriate notice of material changes. You may stop using the App and delete your on-device data at any time.
11. Governing law and disputes
The formation, validity and interpretation of these Terms are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek to resolve it amicably.
