· 为什么挖不到亮点？
请确认已在系统设置中允许本 App 访问照片，且本周相册里有宝宝的照片或视频。亮点分析在本机进行，素材越多越准。
· 怎么区分不同宝宝/避免拍到别人家小孩？
在「我的 → 多宝宝设置」给每个宝宝设置头像（自动对到脸）。出片时即可"只看某个宝宝"，疑似别人家小孩的镜头会被标出。识别全部在本机完成。
· 识别还是混进了大人怎么办？
给宝宝多传几张清楚的正脸参考照（成长墙左上角头像菜单 →「多加几张参考照」）。参考照越多、越清楚，App 越能按 TA 自己的面容差异校准判断，混入的概率越低。注意参考照要只有宝宝一个人——亲子合照会把大人也当成参考。
· 成片能保存/分享吗？
可以。成片为真实 MP4，可保存到相册，或生成分享链接发给家人。分享链接默认 90 天有效，可随时撤销。
· 我的照片会被上传吗？
默认不会。只有你主动分享某条成片、或下单实体相册时，才上传你选择的那部分内容。详见隐私政策。
· 会员与退订
成长会员为自动续期订阅，可随时在 iPhone「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅」中管理或取消。详见服务条款。
· 怎么删除账号和数据？
App 内「我的 → 隐私与素材权限 → 账号 → 删除账号」即可，立即生效。已卸载 App 也可以发邮件申请。完整说明见删除账号与数据。

Frequently asked questions
· Why aren't any highlights found?
Check that you have allowed the App to access Photos in your system settings, and that your library actually contains photos or videos of your baby from this week. Highlight analysis runs on your device — the more material there is, the better it works.
· How do I tell my babies apart, or avoid other people's children?
Set an avatar for each baby under "Profile → Multiple babies" (it snaps to the face automatically). When making a film you can then show only one specific baby, and shots that look like someone else's child are flagged. All recognition happens on your device.
· Adults are still slipping into the results. What can I do?
Add a few more clear, front-facing reference photos of your baby (tap the avatar at the top left of the growth wall → "Add more reference photos"). The more — and the clearer — the references, the better the App can calibrate to your baby's own facial variation, and the less likely anyone else is to slip in. Important: each reference photo must contain only your baby — a photo of you together will register the adult as a reference too.
· Can I save and share the film?
Yes. Films are real MP4 files. You can save them to your photo library or create a share link for family. Share links are valid for 90 days by default and can be revoked at any time.
· Will my photos be uploaded?
Not by default. Content is uploaded only when you choose to share a film, or when you order a physical photo book — and then only the part you selected. See our Privacy Policy.
· Membership and cancellation
Growth Membership is an auto-renewing subscription. You can manage or cancel it at any time on your iPhone under "Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions". See our Terms of Service.
· How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Profile → Privacy & material permissions → Account → Delete account, which takes effect immediately. You can also request it by email if you already uninstalled the app. Full details: Delete your account and data.
