本政策说明「维可妙 / WeekMio」（以下简称"本 App"）如何处理你的信息。我们以"本机处理、最小收集"为核心原则。
1. 我们的核心承诺
- 挑选素材、分析精彩瞬间、生成成长短片的全过程都在你的设备本地完成。
- 你的原始照片与视频默认不会上传到我们的服务器。
- 只有在你主动分享某一条成片、或下单/领取实体相册时，才会上传你所选择的那一条成片或那几张照片。
- 对视频中人脸（笑容、正脸、清晰度）以及"哪张脸是哪个宝宝"的识别，均使用设备本地的 Vision 框架完成；用于识别的宝宝头像与人脸特征只保存在本机、不会上传。
2. 我们会收集的信息（仅用于实现功能）
- 账号信息：当你选择注册/登录时——邮箱地址，或通过 Apple 登录返回的匿名用户标识符。
- 素材统计：素材数量、覆盖日期数、是否已生成成长片等计数类元数据（不含照片本身、不含相册标识、不含缩略图），用于展示首页真实状态与判定免费相册资格。
- 设备标识：设备标识符（identifierForVendor）的哈希值，作为防止重复领取免费相册的弱信号。
- 会员状态：当你订阅成长会员时——订阅商品标识与到期时间，用于在你的账号上同步会员权益（跨设备）。
- 收件信息：当你领取/下单实体相册时——收件人姓名、手机号、收货地址，用于物流寄送与防重复领取。
- 你主动上传的内容：你主动分享的成片；或下单相册时你选择的照片。
3. 我们不会收集
- 不收集精确位置、健康、财务、通讯录、浏览历史等敏感信息。
- 不含第三方广告或跨 App / 跨网站追踪 SDK，不会追踪你。
- 除上述"主动分享/下单"情形外，不上传你的原始照片和视频；不上传任何人脸图像或头像。
4. 信息的使用与共享
收集的信息仅用于：提供与改进本 App 功能、判定免费相册资格、同步会员权益、制作与寄送实体相册。我们不会将你的个人信息出售给第三方。为完成实体相册履约，可能与印刷与物流服务商共享必要的收件信息；订阅与支付由 Apple App Store 处理，我们不接触你的支付卡信息。
5. 数据存储与安全
后端服务运行于 Cloudflare。分享成片等媒体文件存储于对象存储服务，并通过有时效的签名链接访问。我们采取合理的技术措施保护你的数据。分享链接默认 90 天后失效，你也可随时撤销分享。
6. 儿童信息
本 App 面向"家长"使用，用于记录其孩子的成长。涉及儿童的内容由家长自行掌控并保存在本机；家长可随时停止使用并删除本机数据。
7. 你的权利
- 你可以在 App 内"隐私与素材权限"清除本机分析缓存，或删除宝宝头像等本机数据。
- 你可以撤销已分享的链接。
- 你可以随时删除账号及其云端数据：App 内「我的 → 隐私与素材权限 → 账号 → 删除账号」，立即生效；已卸载 App 也可发邮件申请。完整说明见删除账号与数据。
- 你可以通过下方邮箱请求查询或删除与你账号关联的数据。

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how WeekMio (the "App") handles your information. Our core principles are on-device processing and minimal collection.
1. Our core commitments
- Selecting material, analysing highlight moments and generating growth films all happen locally on your device.
- By default your original photos and videos are never uploaded to our servers.
- We upload content only when you actively share a finished film, or when you order or claim a physical photo book — and then only the specific film or the specific photos you selected.
- Detecting faces in your videos (smiles, front-facing shots, sharpness) and recognising "which face belongs to which baby" are both performed with Apple's on-device Vision framework. The baby avatars and face features used for recognition are stored only on your device and are never uploaded.
2. Information we collect (only to make features work)
- Account information: when you choose to register or sign in — your email address, or the anonymous user identifier returned by Sign in with Apple.
- Material statistics: count-only metadata such as the number of items, the number of days covered, and whether a growth film has been generated. This contains no photos, no photo-library identifiers and no thumbnails; it is used to show the true status on your home screen and to determine eligibility for the free photo book.
- Device identifier: a hash of the device identifier (identifierForVendor), used as a weak signal to prevent the free photo book from being claimed more than once.
- Membership status: when you subscribe to Growth Membership — the subscription product identifier and expiry date, used to sync your benefits to your account across devices.
- Shipping information: when you claim or order a physical photo book — recipient name, phone number and delivery address, used for shipping and to prevent duplicate claims.
- Content you upload yourself: a film you choose to share, or the photos you select when ordering a photo book.
3. What we do not collect
- We do not collect precise location, health, financial, contacts, browsing history or other sensitive information.
- The App contains no third-party advertising and no cross-app or cross-site tracking SDKs. We do not track you.
- Apart from the "active sharing / ordering" cases described above, we do not upload your original photos or videos, and we never upload any face image or avatar.
4. Use and sharing of information
The information we collect is used solely to provide and improve the App's features, determine free photo-book eligibility, sync membership benefits, and produce and ship physical photo books. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. To fulfil a physical photo book we may share the necessary shipping details with our printing and logistics providers. Subscriptions and payments are processed by the Apple App Store; we never have access to your payment card details.
5. Data storage and security
Our backend runs on Cloudflare. Media such as shared films is held in object storage and accessed through time-limited signed links. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect your data. Share links expire after 90 days by default, and you can revoke a share at any time.
6. Children's information
The App is intended for use by parents to record their own children's growth. Content involving children remains under the parent's control and stays on the parent's device; a parent may stop using the App and delete the on-device data at any time.
7. Your rights
- In the App, under "Privacy & material permissions", you can clear the on-device analysis cache or delete on-device data such as baby avatars.
- You can revoke any share link you have created.
- You can delete your account and its cloud data at any time: in the app, Profile → Privacy & material permissions → Account → Delete account, effective immediately. You can also request it by email if you already uninstalled the app. Full details: Delete your account and data.
